Rioting youths clashed with police on the streets of Greece's second-largest city overnight.

In video filmed early this morning (December 7) in Thessaloniki, hooded youths throw firebombs and Molotov cocktails, set off flares and throw projectiles at riot police, who used tear gas and stun grenades, on the ninth anniversary of the fatal police shooting of 15-year-old Alexis Grigoropoulos by police.

The teenager's death led to some of the worst riots for decades.
