Quick Kettlebell Circuit - Snatch, Lunge, Press

We love this quick Kettlebell Circuit from Master StrongFirst Instructor Coach Karen Smith.

- Kettlebell Snatch
- Reverse Lunge
- Half Kneeling Overhead Press

^^^3-5 reps each side, then switch sides and repeat. That's one round.

Rest 30-60 seconds between rounds.

Repeat for 4-6 total rounds.
