A recent survey produced by TaylorMade from thousands of club fittings revealed that 76% of all iron shots are mis-hit. This discovery led the company to introduce a new club, designed to help improve consistency and distance on off-centre strikes. The iron is further boosted by the introduction of a Speed Pocket with ThruSlot Technology. This combines with the new Face Slot Technology to aid ball speed protection on shots below the centre of the face whilst also increasing launch angle and ball speed on all shots.
