Ringgit faces more pressure

The recovery in oil prices has not helped the ringgit much, as other factors are still weighing down on the local currency.

According to Interpacific Securities Head of Research Pong Teng Siew, the depreciation of the Chinese renminbi, for instance, is also piling pressure on the ringgit.
