Penang 'wrong way' teen released by courts

The teenager who drove against traffic on a Penang highway and caused a fatal accident in March, has been released by the magistrate's court on Friday.
This comes after the deputy public prosecutor told the court that 19-year-old Ng Pei Ven's urine test came back negative.
