Beginning June 1st, Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan will be exempted from the long-standing cabotage policy.

The announcement was made by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the launch of the "Ekspresi Negaraku" programme in Sandakan on Sunday.
