MEF & MTUC debate the Employment Insurance System

Beginning 2018, all private sector employees are required to pay 0.2% of their salaries to the EIS, an insurance for retrenchment. We bring in MEF and MTUC to discuss their thoughts (and concerns) from the employees and employer’s point of view.
