MIDF Research: Household loans growth moderates

MIDF Research said that banking system loan growth was stable at 9 per cent year on-year in October 2014 growing at the same rate as the preceding month. Business loan growth continued to gain traction for the second consecutive month, rising to 8.3 per cent year on year while household loans moderated, slipping RM20 billion from the previous month to 10 point 5 per cent year on year.
