Seacera JV eyes Malaysia-Thai border fence project

Seacera Group is teaming up with Intelligent Fence Sdn. Bhd to bid for a project to build an electric security fence along the Malaysian-Thai border. The tender for the project will be a public-private partnership programme under the home ministry of Malaysia.
