IOI Properties maybe key beneficiary of MRT

RHB Research Institute said that IOI Properties has emerged as a potential key beneficiary of the MRT project given that the railway line will end at Putrajaya. It has more than 500 acres (202.34 hectares) of land bank there and the IOI City Mall will likely be a valuable asset.
