CBS Poll Shows Moore Ahead in Alabama Race

According to a a CBS News poll released on Sunday, embattled GOP senate candidate Roy Moore lead Democratic opponent Doug Jones by six points. The poll comes amid another report that says most Alabama Republicans believe allegations of sexual misconduct against Moore are false. CBS' poll shows that Moore is leading Jones 49 to 43 percent among voters likely to cast ballots in the December 12 special election. Among already registered voters, CBS says the contest is pretty much even.
