The Reason Why Apple Will Still Thrive Without Steve Jobs

Some may think that Apple is losing its touch since the death of its CEO Steve Jobs. Yet UBS analyst Steven Milunovich explained that there is a stark difference between franchises and businesses. Milunovich said that Warren Buffet once explained that "franchises enjoy such strong economics that they can survive mismanagement." If this is the case, since Apple is a franchise, even if the new management does not do as well as Steve Jobs did, the company will still thrive because of its brand and its loyal customers.
