Chipotle chairman and CEO Steve Ells will step down and become the executive chairman of the company. "While we are continuing to make progress, it is clear that we need to move faster to make improvements." Ells said in a statement Chipotle is currently seeking a CEO with good turnaround experience after the popular restaurant has suffered from safety concerns. To win back customers, the restaurant wants to add new menu items like frozen margaritas and salads, as well as slow openings of new stores and focus on opened restaurants.
