A TINY mongoose refused to back down when three deadly lions tried to snap it up for dinner – and the result has amazed viewers.
In a remarkable video, the plucky creature is seen crawling out of its hiding place underground.
It scares the living daylights out of a lioness perching nearby when it lets out a ear-splitting scream.

One of the big cat’s friends rushes over to see what all the fuss is all about and comforts the startled animal.

Despite two of the deadliest animals on the planet now circling it, the small animal starts charging towards them.
Against all the odds, the mongoose successfully sends the lionesses running away – allowing it to return in peace to its home.

The remarkable video has gone viral since it surfaced on Reddit earlier today (November 28).
