Meghan Markle will be hanging up the Suits when it comes to acting.
After revealing her engagement to Prince Harry, the former actress has revealed that the on-screen portion of her life is over, or at least taking a hiatus.
According to Us Magazine, Meghan says “I see it as a new change, a new chapter… I’ve been working on my show seven years, we were so fortunate to have that longevity, and I feel like I checked that box and am very proud of the work I’ve done there.”
Now, Meghan understands that there will be a lot of new responsibilities as she prepares to marry into the royal family.
Us Weekly reports that Prince Harry says, “There’s a sense of responsibility from day one… We had to have some frank conversations for what you’re getting yourself into is a big deal and at the end of the day, she chose me and I chose her, whatever we have to tackle individually or as a team, we’ll do it together, we will do it as a team. I think she’s capable of anything.”
Sounds like the Royal life will Suit Meghan just fine.
