Retired U.S. Marine Colonel Lee Busby, a former top aide to White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, will launch a write-in campaign for Alabama's Senate seat. Busby, a Tuscaloosa native, says he believes both Democrat Doug Jones and Republican Roy Moore are not qualified for the office. The 60-year-old, who will run run as an independent tells The Washington Post he believes he can could attract supporters of both Moore and Jones.
