John Abraham's Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran has been been announced by the makers of the film. Earlier the release date of the film was 8th December 2018 but due to Padmavati release this film was shifted for a new release date. Now after so many rumours the makers announced the release date and that is February 23, 2018. Directed by Abhishek Sharma, and bankrolled by Zee Studio, JA Entertainment and KriArj Entertainment, Parmanu is based on a series of nuclear tests conducted by India in Pokran Rajasthan. After this test in Pokhran in 1974, India became the sixth state to declare itself as a nuclear power after the United States of India, Soviet Union, Britain, France and China.
