The ACLU is representing the cases of almost 200 protesters charged with felonies for attending protests at President Donald Trump’s inauguration. “Even people who disagree with the protesters should be concerned about these prosecutions because the laws are the same for everyone, the First Amendment is the same for everyone” said Scott Michelson, a senior staff attorney at the ACLU.
