First civil suit against Harvey Weinstein filed in U.K.

Harvey Weinstein will face a civil suit in the U.K. after an anonymous victim claimed he sexually assaulted her in London. Jill Greenfield, the unnamed woman's attorney, filed the suit on her behalf. The Fieldfisher law firm that represents Greenfield said, to protect her client's ability to bring a claim so many years after the assault. The firm's statement also said the claim is expected to exceed £300,000 or $400,000.
