Naya Rivera, famous for her role as Santana Lopez on "Glee," was charged with domestic battery following an alleged altercation with her actor husband Ryan Dorsey late Saturday night. A statement from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office obtained by "Extra" confirms Deputy T. Dubiel was dispatched to a home in Chesapeake, West Virginia, (Dorsey's hometown) on November 25 following receipt of a domestic violence complaint. The statement reads, in part: "When he arrived he spoke with Ryan Keith Dorsey who said his wife, Naya Marie Rivera (30 years old of Woodland Hills, CA), struck him in the head and face. People magazine reports Rivera was filmed by news station WSAZ.
