Muhammad Yasir Pirzada is a splendid bureaucrat and a brilliant writer (columnist) who has achieved a vast readership in no time. His Urdu column "Zara Hat Kay" appears in Daily Jang, and the English column with the title "Off the beaten track" in The News.
He is a record holder of being the youngest candidate ever who passed the country's intensely competitive and prestigious exam, Central Superior Services (CSS) in 1996. Currently, he is serving as a Member of Administration in CDA. In this part, he has thrown light how to appear, prepare and pass the CSS exam.
