Footage of two allegedly drunk men causing a traffic jam as they sit in the middle of a road to dine.

In the video, shot in Changsha City in Hunan Province on November 22, motorists can be heard honking at the oblivious pair.

According to local news, two men were inebriated and were later taken away by police.
