Amazon Employees In Europe To Strike On Black Friday

According to an article by Business Insider, more than 500 Amazon employees in Europe will go on strike this Black Friday. Employees in Germany and Italy will reportedly stay home during one of the year's busiest shopping days, in a bid to win concessions from their employer. Workers at Amazon's main Italian distribution hub posted a statement saying that they would walk out after negotiations with management to secure bonuses broke down.
