It is already announced that the 'Heropanti' actor Tiger Shroff will play the main lead role in Karan Johar’s produced film “Student of the Year 2”. News were doing the rounds that Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar, who already has Karan Johar's 'Dhadak', would play the second lead in the much-awaited film. Putting all the rumours to rest, Karan Johar has tweeted that Shahid Kapoor's younger brother is not playing any role in SOTY 2. The first film in the "Student of the Year" franchise, which released in 2012, marked the Bollywood debut of actors Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. The movie was directed by Karan himself.
