Bacon-wrapped cheesy dynamite

Easy to follow steps:
1. Make a slit across the length of one side of each green chili peppers from the stem down to the tip.
2. Gently scrape the seeds inside the chili pepper.
3. Gently stuff each chili pepper with cheese.
4. Place one stuffed chili pepper on the lumpia wrapper.
Roll tightly to fully cover chili pepper. Leave the stem exposed.
5. Wrap each with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
6. Deep fry until they're golden brown.
7. Serve while it's hot and crunchy with garlic mayo dip.
