Would changing IPOB to Indigineous People of "BRIGHTER NIGERIA" have any positive/negative effect?

The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II recently urged the members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to embrace peace and change the group's name to the Indigenous People Of Brighter Nigeria.
