UN Command releases video of N. Korea defectors escape

The United Nations Command (UNC) has released a CCTV video of the dramatic escape of a North Korean soldier across to the South Korean border.
In the video North Korean border guards were shown pursuing him and opened fire. The defector was critically wounded in the incident and was hit four times.
According to the UNC North Korea breached the 1953 inter-korean armistice agreement when they fired across the Military Demarcation Line and when one of them briefly crossed the line.
