Avram Grant believes Chelsea are now favourites to reach the Champions League final after securing the 'best result' possible in the first leg of their semi-final clash with Barcelona.
But Barcelona are still the bookmakers' favourites to reach the final, with the Catalan giants boasting a formidable record at home, having conceded just 16 goals at the Nou Camp this season.
