Newly announced Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar responded to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor in a very graceful yet Chilled out manner. Manushi, a medical student from Haryana, won the title of Miss World in China. Recently Shashi Tharoor had tweeted, "What a mistake to demonetise our currency! BJP should have realised that Indian cash dominates the globe: look, even our Chhillar has become Miss World!."
