Charles Manson dies at age 83

Charles Manson died on Sunday at age 83. The murderous cult leader died of natural causes after he was admitted to Bakersfield Hospital last week. Manson and his followers took the lives of seven people in 1969. Roman Polanski's pregnant wife Sharon Tate was among the victims. While Manson was not at the scene at any of the killings he was convicted of directing his followers. Manson was in custody for more than 40 years.
