松山英樹が3番(パー3/実測175yd)でホールインワンを決めた。8Iで放った1打目は、ピン手前に着弾して観客の「入れ」コールに導かれるようにするすると転がりカップに消えた。
松山はティグラウンドで両手を広げて喜びを表現。大歓声に包まれながらグリーン上に向かって歩くと右手を小さく3回握ってボールを拾い上げた。ガッツポーズを見せると、ボールをギャラリーの中に投げ込んだ。

Matsuyama Hideki decided the hole in one at No. 3 (Par 3 / measured 175 yards). The first shot that I shot at 8I disappeared into a rolling cup if I landed in front of a pin and guided by the audience's "put" call.
Matsuyama expresses joy by spreading both hands in the field. When I walked toward the top of the green while being enveloped in the great cheers, I picked up the ball by grasping the right hand three times smallly. When I showed a guts pose I threw the ball into the gallery.
