Zimbabweans Celebrate Mugabe's Expected Downfall

According to a report by Reuters, Zimbabwe's ruling party plans to dismiss President Robert Mugabe on Sunday and reinstate the vice president he fired, Emmerson Mnangagwa. Mugabe’s 37-year reign has been effectively over since the military seized control on Wednesday. On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of people had no need for a formal signal that his time had ended as they flooded the streets of Harare, singing, dancing and hugging soldiers.
