Mugabe Makes First Public Appearance Since Military Takeover

On Friday, Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe appeared in public for the first time since the army took charge earlier this week, as the country's ruling party made plans to force him to step down after over thirty years in power. Mugabe appeared at a graduation ceremony at Zimbabwe Open University in Harare.
