From Night Owl To Morning Person

Lindsay Mack wrote an article published on BusinessInsider.com, where she described her two weeks experience of trying to become a morning person. She write, “I’m… a recovering night owl… Getting up is an unnecessarily long process of missed alarms, sighs, and groans… training yourself to get up early comes with many advantages, namely the chance to get tons of work done before most people have started breakfast.” Still, Mack found it very difficult to change her habits and remained a night owl.
