Blac Chyna Drops Lawsuit Against Kardashian Sisters - Except Kim

Blac Chyna may be dropping her lawsuit against all of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters… but she didn’t drop her suit against Kim Kardashian.

According to TMZ, the 29-year-old has filed to remove Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner from the lawsuit she filed in September against the sisters, claiming the entire clan is responsible for the end of her and Rob Kardashian’s show, Rob & Chyna.

Now she’s only going forward with her suit against Kris Jenner, Rob, and Kim.

But she did leave her options open to add people to the lawsuit at a later time.

Chyna’s lawyer gave a statement to Us Weekly, saying they recently filed an amendment complaint to narrow the issues and parties in the case, which is about slut shaming, revenge porn, and killing Chyna’s show after she broke up with Rob. She adds they will aggressively fight for Chyna’s rights as the case proceeds.

In December 2016, Chyna was in a legal battle with Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney when they blocked her request to trademark the name Angela Kardashian.

Chyna’s request was officially denied four months later.
