Mugabe motorcade 'enters State House'

An eyewitness claims to have seen the motorcade of President Robert Mugabe entering the State House in Harare.
In the video, the filmer says "HE is going into his office. And the ambulance is there so this is definitely HE's motorcade."
HE - short for His Excellency - is a term generally used by civil servants to refer to Mugabe.
"The President of Zimbabwe going to the State House about an hour ago, presumably to negotiate with Army Generals as they refused to meet him at his home," she wrote online.
