Despite the Trump administration's efforts to dismantle Obamacare, the first Affordable Care Act enrollment season under President Trump is off to a surprisingly good start. As soon as sign-up began on November 1 there was a surge in enrollment, with numbers far surpassing those of the opening days of the last two seasons under the Obama administration. On Wednesday, November 15 nearly 1.5 million people had already signed up for healthcare plans.
