According to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Monday, President Donald Trump has determined that the twenty percent corporate tax rate is a non-negotiable part of the GOP's tax bill. Mnuchin said at The Wall Street Journal CEO Council, "It’s not going up. I can tell you this is one of the things the president feels very strongly about.
