Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the International Rice Research Institute of Los Banos in the Philippines and inaugurated the Rice Field Lab.PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the shovel itself in the field kept in his name during this period.

भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी फिलीपींस की राजधानी मनीला में 31वें आसियान शिखर सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लेने के लिए पहुंचे हुए है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप समेत दुनियाभर के कई नेता इस सम्मेलन के उद्घाटन पर पहुंच चुके हैं। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने फिलीपींस के लोस बानोस केअंतरराष्ट्रीय चावल अनुसंधान संस्थान पहुंचे और राइस फील्ड लैब का उद्घाटन किया।पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस दौरान अपने नाम पर रखे गए खेत में खुद फावड़ा चला कर उसका उद्घाटन किया ।
