Rand Paul's Accused Attacker Pleads Not Guilty To Assault Charges

According to court officials on Thursday, the man accused of tackling United States Senator Rand Paul, breaking his ribs, pleaded not guilt to a misdemeanor assault charge. Warren County Attorney Amy Milliken claimed that fifty-nine year old Rene Boucher waived the formal reading of the charges against him at a hearing in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
