Q: When do I use the parity algorithm?\r
A: After solving edges, but before solving corners; and ONLY IF you have parity.\r

Q: How do I know if there is parity?\r
A: If you need to memorize an odd number of corners and an odd number of edges.\r

Q: Would I ever have to memorize an even number of edges, but odd number of corners? Or vice versa?\r
A: No, they should always be both even or both odd, otherwise you made a mistake.\r

Q: What do I do for flipped edges?\r
A: Add each letter of that edge to the end of your memorization. For example, if the BU edge is flipped (white/blue), then add QA or AQ to the end of your memorization for edges.\r

Q: What do I do for flipped corners?\r
A: You will memorize 2 letters per flipped corner. Pick any sticker on that corner, then pick the location where the first sticker goes. For example, if the UBR sticker is twisted clockwise, you can memorize BN or NQ or QB.\r

Q: How do I remember which pieces I have already visited in memorization?\r
A: You can start with placing your fingers on the ones you have been to, and as your memorization gets faster it will become easier and you wont need your fingers.\r
There are only 8 corners compared to 12 edges, so corners is easier. I usually memorize corners first. Remember that edges and corners must both be even or both be odd. If I get an odd number of corners, and I have already memorized an even number of edges and I think Im done, then I know Im not ually done and I probably missed a cycle of 2 edges somewhere (2-cycle = 3 letters). If I memorized an odd number of edges and I think Im done, then either I am done, or I missed any number of flipped edges (flipped edge = 2 letters).\r

Q: How do cycles work?\r
A: For edges, once you reach the piece that belongs in the buffer, instead of memorizing B/M (the buffer sticker) as your next piece, you skip that one and pick a different piece that you have not solved yet. For example, you could pick the C sticker to start your new cycle if that piece has not been solved yet. Memorize C and then continue as usual, until you have reached the piece that belongs back where the cycle started. Once you have memorized this sticker (I/C), then your cycle is complete. From here you could start a new cycle if you have not accounted for all the pieces yet. An example cycle is CAWC or CNOI or IJRC or IHXI (always begins and ends on the same piece, since I/C are different stickers of the same piece).\r
