Just one day before the completion of one year of note-bonding, the Finance Minister said that after the demonetisation , India has moved towards a clean, transparent and honest financial system. While speaking on the effect of the demonetisation, he said that the corruption was not over but the problem but was difficult due to the reduction of the cash. He said that this step taken by the government was to eliminate corruption and curb black money with a large section of society. There was a big step towards imposing.
नोटबंदी के एक साल पूरे होने से ठीक एक दिन पहले वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि नोटबंदी के बाद भारत एक साफ, पारदर्शी और ईमानदार वित्तीय व्यवस्था की ओर बढ़ा है। वहीं नोटबंदी के असर पर बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि कैश कम होने से करप्शन खत्म तो नहीं हुआ लेकिन मुश्किल जरूर हुआ है।उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की ओर से उठाया गया यह कदम समाज के एक बड़े तबके से भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने और कालेधन पर अंकुश लगाने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम था।
