Netflix subscribers are being targeted by a suspicious email scam. Users of the service are sent an email directing them to update their billing information, which leads them to a fake Netflix website. The goal is to get the user to log in and enter credit card information. Netflix assured its subscribers: "If you're unsure about a link in an email, you can always hover your cursor over the link to see where it directs in which you can see the real linked web address at the bottom of most browsers." On Monday, the company also said it takes :the security of our members' accounts seriously" and it "employs numerous proactive measures to detect fraudulent activity."
