Trackmaster Rosie Unboxing review and first run

Hi all, I bought this Rosie the other day at the toy sale from Target in Australia, it was reduced by 30% as were all trackmaster products but allot of the good stuff was sold out and they usually have a very small range to choose from anyway. I rarely see anything newer than new items in stores where i live which is terrible.\r

This is the Trackmaster rosie, it runs on a single AA battery and it has the original larger drive unit (which i call the thomas type). it runs very well and is quite quiet, it stays on track very well and i had no problems when i filmed this piece.\r

The locomotive is mostly a pale pink color with a large white section on each side, the face is accurate to the face we have seen in tv and s and it even features the freckles. It has red wheels which is quite a bold choice and it makes it stand out ever so more, it is a tank engine similar in size to thomas and stanley.\r

I am going to give this one to my daughter now that i have finished filming and seeing how it runs for this review, she is very happy to get it :D\r

I give this locomotive a 9/10 overall, I cant find anything bad about it and it runs superbly but also it seems a bit boring and the charer in the show seems like an afterthought. It is still a worthwhile addition to any collection and is a hard working engine. I also cannot complain about the price as i got it for virtually the same price as an ebay one from Asia.\r
