Red Cross says $6 million intended for Ebola stolen through fraud

The Red Cross revealed workers stole $6 million in aid intended to combat the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The virus killed more than 11,000 people between 2014-2016. The epidemic struck Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. The discovery comes after an internal investigation into how the organization managed $124 million in aid.
