*This was my first attempt at cooking a Vegan meal. Feedback is much appreciated, for this video especially!\r

*Good fats, proteins, greens and carbs in this meal for you vegetarians! To anyone who isnt vegetarian, add the meat of your choice to this dish if need be! Also, when making your vinaigrette, the amount of oil (whichever you use), balsamic vinegar, seasonings should be mixed to YOUR preferred liking! I purposely made more sauce in this video to keep for use with future healthy dishes. Note: The ingredients used in this video are organic.\r
