Apathy kills another as no one comes to the help of Laxman, a police constable who was mowed down by a speeding car. The incident took place on November 1, Wednesday. Cctv camera shows Laxman, riding a two wheeler being knocked down by a car that even mows him. The greviously injured cop bled to death as none came to his rescue. The car that caused the accident is seen on cctv speeding away from the spot without helping the injured cop.
