Police found a note inside the truck used to run down pedestrians in Manhattan. The note indicates the alleged terrorist carried out the attack in the name of ISIS. Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29, killed eight people and injured 11 more when he deliberately drove his truck through the bike lane near the West Side Highway on Tuesday. Saipov then jumped out of the vehicle with two imitation guns shouting "Allahu Akbar" meaning "God is Great" in Arabic. Saipov was shot by police, but is expected to live after undergoing surgery.
