Terror suspect in lower Manhattan truck attack identified

The terror suspect behind the horrific truck rampage in lower Manhattan was identified as a 29-year-old Uzbek immigrant named Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov. Saipov used a rented pickup truck to mow down pedestrians on a bike path, killing eight and injuring a dozen more. He hopped out of the truck and shouted "Allahu Akbar" before firing a BB or pellet gun. According to law enforcement, Saipov left a note claiming he committed the attack for ISIS.
