Tourists rescue crashed paraglider during Turkish Air Games

Footage of a group of tourist rushing on a boat to help a paraglider pilot after they crashed into the sea during the Oludeniz Air Games.

The video, captured on October 26 in Turkey, shows the acrobatic paraglider falling into the water when boat speed up toward them to see if everything is ok.

"Just as the boat captain was explaining the rules and controls an acrobatic paraglider pilot got tangled and was coming down fast without a reserve parachute open," the filmer wrote.

"Our boat captain immediately went to full throttle and along with 3 other boats headed to the rescue. The first boat was a professional rescue from the organizers of the Air Games event."

"The Oludeniz Air Games is an annual event in Turkey gathering over 1000s of pilots from all over the world who show off their acrobatic skills safely over water and share the passion for flying." he added.
